Job summary

Vensure Employer Services seeks an experienced tree care professional to lead and perform pruning, removal, planting, and emergency response services, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role involves climbing, ground work, and operation of aerial lifts and hand tools in Maryland.

Responsibilities include executing pruning/removal safely, conducting tree assessments, installing cabling, and providing high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of safe, professional tree climbing experience.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Good driving record and ability to obtain a Medical DOT Card.
• Ability to work effectively and safely within a team environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.

Emergency Call Response:

Employees may occasionally be required to respond to emergency calls related to storm damage, fallen trees, blocked roadways, or similar incidents. The company strives to keep these call-outs to a minimum, but frequency depends on weather and the severity of each event.

Driver's License Requirements:

ACDL is not required. Candidates must have a valid standard driver's license and be able to obtain aDOT Medical Card.

Training & Certifications:

The company is willing to support employees with training, certifications, and tuition reimbursement, including industry credentials such asISA Arboristand pesticide licenses.
