Job summary

Shealeys Property Care LLC is seeking an experienced Arborist Foreman to lead a crew in safe, high-quality tree care operations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled climber and aerial lift operator with strong communication, safety, and customer service focus.

You will lead pruning, removals, cabling, and coordinate with clients and management to meet expectations while maintaining equipment and driving a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional tree care experience, including climbing and leadership.
• ISA Certified Arborist or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with tree climbing, rigging, chainsaws, and aerial lift operation.
• Strong knowledge of tree species, pruning standards, and hazard assessment.
• Valid Class B CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
