Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Groundman to support our team in constructing, repairing, and maintaining overhead electrical distribution systems. You will work outdoors, assist with installing lines, poles, insulators and hardware, and report to the Foreman.

Responsibilities include safety-first operation, maintaining vehicles and tools, and being available for outages, storms, and overtime. A valid license is required, with the ability to obtain a CDL within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain CDL within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crew in building, repairing, and maintaining overhead electrical distribution systems.
• Report to the Foreman and follow safety protocols.
• Perform new construction and maintenance on overhead distribution systems.
