Job summary

The Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking a Groundman to support Journeyman and Apprentice Linemen by performing assigned tasks in the field.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a valid Class A CDL with medical card, and no restrictions operating a manual transmission or a semi-tractor with a fifth-wheel trailer. Candidates must pass criminal background checks and drug screening; the company offers medical, dental and vision insurance, disability and life

Qualifications

• Applicable prior work experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL and medical card required.
• Must have no restrictions operating a manual transmission and no restrictions operating a semi-tractor with a fifth-wheel trailer.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
