Responsibilities

• Assist equipment operators, drivers, and field crews with daily operations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain work areas before, during, and after operations.
• Assist with traffic control, flagging, and directing vehicles or equipment when required.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as instructed.
• Help with digging, grading, cleanup, installation, and general labor activities.
• Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements; wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Communicate with supervisors and crew members regarding work assignments and safety concerns.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
