Job summary

CCU, LLC is seeking a Groundhand to support field operations in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on preparing work areas, handling materials and tools, and assisting equipment operators on a daily basis.

You will load and organize equipment, maintain a safe site, and help with digging, grading, and general labor while following OSHA guidelines and wearing PPE. Strong communication with the crew is essential for safety and efficiency.

• Assist with traffic control, flagging, and directing vehicles or equipment when required.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as instructed.
• Help with digging, grading, cleanup, installation, and general labor activities.
• Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Communicate with supervisors and crew members regarding work assignments and safety concerns.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
