Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Linemen with loading/unloading, organizing, and preparing tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
• Perform manual labor tasks including digging, tamping, brush clearing, truck cleaning, and material movement as directed.
• Support traffic control and maintain safe work zone operations.
• Operate or assist with company vehicles and equipment when required.
• Identify unsafe conditions and follow established safety procedures.
• Support physically demanding construction activities in outdoor environments.
