Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist aerial or underground crews with equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment according to procedures.
• Set up and maintain safety perimeters and traffic control measures.
• Assist with digging, trenching, and other ground preparation tasks.
• Support pole setting and aerial line work from the ground.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and PPE.
• Communicate with crew leads about task progress.
• Keep work sites clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Document material usage and basic work activities.
