Responsibilities

• Lead full pre-construction phase through project start (ground-up residential).
• Manage budgeting, early cost estimating, and master scheduling.
• Oversee design development coordination with architects and consultants.
• Handle NYC zoning, entitlement, permitting, and agency approvals.
• Conduct site due diligence and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and site/project managers for seamless transition to construction.
