Qualifications

• Experience reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Ability to manage change orders and coordinate subcontractors.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and onsite construction activities.
• Review drawings and identify conflicts; coordinate RFIs with architects/engineers.
• Manage change orders, pricing review and cost estimates.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and site logistics; ensure safety compliance.
