• Proven experience with podium, wrap, and garden-style projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling, quality control, site logistics, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of ground-up multifamily construction, ensuring project goals are met.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, project timelines, and site logistics plans.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients for smooth execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and cost overruns.
• Maintain detailed site reports and safety documentation.
