Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with national general contractor on ground-up projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and execution of a ground-up high-rise project.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Support contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and procurement activities.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
