Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects, with a preference for ground-up multifamily.
• Strong knowledge of site development, structural systems, MEP coordination, and building envelopes.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams and trade partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines.
• Track record of managing multiple large-scale projects and budgets.
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools; Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams and field personnel.
• Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction to turnover and warranty.
• Champion a proactive safety culture with OSHA compliance and quality standards.
• Establish clear expectations and monitor performance, holding teams and trades accountable.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and partners to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders with transparent communication.
• Maintain oversight of budgets, commitments, change orders, invoices, pay apps, and forecasts.
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement in scheduling, documentation, and execution.
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all decisions.
