Job summary

Tiello-1 in Greater St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects with a robust Midwest travel pattern. This full-time role focuses on delivering projects ranging from $20M to $35M+ and maintains a strong internal project pipeline.

You will work from the St. Louis area office, coordinating with project teams without relocation to job sites. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in commercial construction, excels in communication and organization, and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience with ground-up construction.
• Experience on significant commercial projects (~$20M+).
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel periodically in the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Executives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates.
• Ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations.
