ADP, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Commercial Construction Site Supervisor to lead field operations on ground-up and interior build-out projects in Milford, OH. You will supervise trades, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work meets plans, specs, and schedules. Overtime is required as project timelines demand.

You will maintain the master schedule, review RFIs, use Procore daily for drawings and logs, and enforce GC safety standards. Travel to site locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on construction or carpentry supervision experience.
• Proven experience as a General Contractor on commercial ground-up projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret commercial blueprints and specs.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily field operations for commercial ground-up projects.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet plans and schedules.
• Maintain master project schedule and 2-week look-ahead plans.
• Represent GC during site inspections and coordinate with authorities.
• Manage change orders and QA for workmanship in collaboration with PM.
• Utilize Procore daily for drawings, logs, RFIs, and markups.
