Location: Greater Phoenix area

Salary Range: $110,000 – $145,000 (plus benefits)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and professional Ground Up Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead clients and teams through the development and construction of projects ranging from $3 million to $20 million.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and manage project budgets
2. Develop subcontractor scopes and manage buyouts
3. Oversee document control processes
4. Create and monitor project schedules with superintendents
5. Manage estimating, purchasing, and field activities
6. Ensure safe, high-quality, and timely completion of projects
7. Maintain clear communication and strong client relations
8. Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and conflict resolution
9. Lead and adapt throughout project challenges

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project or similar)
• Strong plan reading skills for civil, architectural, structural, and MPE designs
• Excellent technical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex project cost models
• Experience with web-based project management tools (Procore preferred)
• Self-driven, organized, and effective negotiator
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in commercial construction
