BuilderGuru Contracting, Inc. (BGC | G&G) is seeking professionals with ground-up commercial building experience to advance into Project Engineer, Assistant PM, PM, Field Engineer, or Superintendent roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in ground-up commercial building construction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, specs, and related documents.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage project setup, buyout, schedules, budgets, cost control, RFIs, submittals, change orders, subcontractor coordination, owner communication, and meetings.
• Oversee project execution from startup through completion, including financial performance and client relationships.
• Progress from Project Engineer/Assistant PM roles towards greater ownership as developing professional.
