Job summary

Zipline is seeking Ground Test Operators to support flight testing and validation of autonomous delivery aircraft in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare test packages, operate ground infrastructure, and coordinate with engineering, flight ops, and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include installing Autokiosk systems, moving aircraft between areas, and participating in large-scale test campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safety-critical procedures with high attention to detail.
• Able to work outdoors and across large test areas.
• Must be willing to work any shift, any day to support ongoing flight tests.
• Experience in aviation, UAV operations, or flight testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, and process test packages for operational validation.
• Move Zip aircraft safely between docks, test areas, and facilities.
• Install, inspect, and maintain Zipping Point Autokiosk systems and related ground infrastructure.
• Support large-scale flight test campaigns and assist with incident response and troubleshooting.
