Job summary

Zipline in Texas is seeking Ground Test Operators to support flight testing and validation of autonomous delivery aircraft in a high-tempo environment. You will execute test procedures, prepare test packages, operate ground infrastructure, and coordinate with engineering, flight operations, and maintenance teams.

The role involves moving aircraft between docks and facilities, installing and maintaining Autokiosk systems, and contributing to large-scale test campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, UAV operations, or flight test environments.
• Ability to follow safety critical procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, and process test packages for validation.
• Move Zip aircraft safely between docks and facilities.
• Install, inspect, and maintain Zipping Point Autokiosk systems.
• Support flight test campaigns and assist testing operations.
• Respond to operational incidents and assist with safety procedures.
