Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Ground Systems Operator to support a complex ground-station system in Aurora, Colorado. The role focuses on monitoring system health, performing front-line troubleshooting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain mission readiness.

The successful candidate will manage daily rhythms, document procedures, and communicate with stakeholders while meeting operational requirements. A STEM background and the ability to travel internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years with a Master's degree. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Educational background or experience in antenna operations, RF systems, or related fields.
• Experience working with Linux systems, including scripting or troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven communication skills.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn operational workflows and maintenance processes.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required at time of application.
