Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineer Ground Systems Hardware Installation to join our team in Manhattan Beach, CA. This role involves RF and digital hardware installation, testing, and troubleshooting across multiple locations, with travel domestically and internationally.

The successful candidate will coordinate with customers and internal teams, perform acceptance testing, and contribute to design reviews and data packages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years hardware engineering experience (or Master's with 0 years).
Demonstrated hardware testing experience at board, unit, or subsystem level.
Experience in an electronic test environment that verifies specification requirements.
Previous experience as an electrical engineering hardware designer.

Responsibilities

Support test planning, test execution, sell-off, and post-delivery support for multiple off-site locations.
Solve challenging digital and RF subsystem issues to meet requirements across variants.
Perform Acceptance Testing for Mission Assurance, Customers, and Technical Representatives.
Provide content for subsystem design reviews, test readiness reviews, and End Item Data Package reviews.
