Job summary

VTG Defense is seeking an Advanced Ground Systems SETA in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will provide lifecycle acquisition and program management support from pre-acquisition through execution, with familiarity in RF, SAR, and EW preferred. Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Role involves developing strategies, drafting SOWs and RFPs, conducting market research, and supporting source selections while tracking performance metrics and program reviews. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly required.
• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years (or Master's with 12+, PhD/JD with 9+).
• Strong written and oral communication, judgement and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle acquisition and program management support to customers and roles.
• Plan and execute end-to-end acquisition lifecycle functions.
• Perform market research and technical evaluations.
• Develop acquisition strategies, requirements, and incentive structures.
• Draft SOWs, Task Orders, and attachment documents.
• Develop RFPs and RFIs; build Contractor Bidders' Library.
• Identify risks, coordinate actions, and advise on source selections.
• Conduct program analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Administer performance management and monitor contract metrics.
• Track CDRLs, oversee awards and execution of contracts.
