Job summary

Noblis ESI seeks an experienced GEOINT Ground System Program Office SETA to support our government customer on-site in Chantilly, Virginia.

The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and at least 8 years of related experience (or 6 with a Master's). Responsibilities span program development, acquisition, and agile software management to deliver mission capabilities.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of related experience or Master’s/M.D. with fewer years or Doctorate with 4 years; HS/equivalent with 14 years accepted.
GEOINT tasking/processing expertise for national overhead systems.
Experience with non-traditional acquisition approaches (OTAs).
Experience with radar processing systems.
Contracting, financial and program management functions for government offices.

Responsibilities

Program development and budget requirements coordination.
Develop acquisition strategies and budget distribution.
Coordinate with Government PMs, budget, and contracting officers for budgets.
Document areas of interest to improve processing apps, host frameworks, and mission management capabilities.
Support rapid competitive source selections (RFP to award).
Coordinate with Government and contractor PMs/SMEs to manage technology and Agile software development.
Facilitate transition of processing apps and mission management capabilities.
