Job summary

Vanguard Integration Group, LLC is seeking experienced System Engineers and Integrators for a longstanding IC SETA contract in Chantilly, VA. The role requires on-site work, and a current TS/SCI w/Poly clearance, with a strong background in system engineering, integration, and project management.

You will support all phases of the acquisition process, lead technical meetings, review requirements, and collaborate with multi-contractor teams to mature AI/ML solutions for mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM or related discipline with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience as System Engineer, Software Engineer or System Integrator is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETA support to IC customer across acquisition phases.
• Deliver Systems Engineering and Integration services for program maturation.
• Lead technical meetings and document actions, risks, and decisions.
