• Experience decomposing capabilities into features and measurable criteria; roadmapping and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead software architecture and design for complex mission-critical systems.
• Develop and refine software framework concepts for scalability and reuse.
• Manage software cost estimates and Basis of Proposal Estimates (BPE).
• Own software metrics reporting and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
