Job summary

Key Lime Air, Inc. is hiring a Ground/Simulator Instructor based at Centennial Airport. You will provide standardized training for PIC Initial, Recurrent, Upgrade, Emergency Procedures and related curriculum, both ground and simulator sessions.

The role requires enforcing company standards, strong communication skills, and impartial evaluation of pilot performance, with records management and ongoing competency maintenance as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Meet Part 121/135 PIC requirements.
• ATP AMEL and prior Flight Instructor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Regulations, Flight Operations Manuals, Operations Specifications, Crewmember SOPs, Aircraft Systems, Performance and Company Policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide standardized training for multiple aircraft for PIC Initial, Recurrent and Upgrade training.
• Enforce company standards by teaching and ensuring flight by set standards of service and safety.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal/written, listening, and presentation skills for effective teaching and feedback.
• Assess pilot progress and judge performance impartially.
• Conduct ground and simulator training.
• Maintain accurate records and submit required documents on time.
• Evaluate pilot progress to FAA standards.
• Maintain required instructor qualifications and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as required.
