Ground Operations Specialist

The Role

The Ground Operations Specialist supports Alpine's crews on residential and commercial job sites - assisting with removals, pruning, rigging, equipment setup, and cleanup.

This is a hands-on entry point into the green industry, with full on-the-job training provided. No prior tree experience is required.

What You'll Do

On a typical day, you'll work alongside Alpine's crews on tasks that may include:

• Tree pruning and removals
• Rigging and ground operations
• Equipment operation and job site setup
• Planting and landscape support
• Job site cleanup and safety procedures
• Working alongside crews on residential and commercial properties
