Job summary

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP seeks a versatile Business Transactions Associate to join our growing team in South Orange County. You will represent clients in corporate transactions, including entity formation, employment agreements, asset purchases, and equity transfers, while working with experienced partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in corporate transactional matters, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and active California Bar admission.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Strong client-focused mindset and drive to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in corporate transactional matters, including formation and maintenance of entities and drafting agreements.
• Draft employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, asset purchase and equity transfer agreements.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver transactions effectively.
