Sternshein Legal Group, LLP, a 42-year-old boutique law firm in Orange County, CA, seeks an Associate Attorney to join a partner specializing in healthcare transactions and related finance, real estate, and regulatory advice.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience as a licensed California attorney, with strong writing and analytical abilities and the capacity to handle complex commercial real estate and financing transactions.

Competenze

• J.D. and CA Bar license required
• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed California attorney
• Commercial real estate and transactions experience is a plus
• Bar admission in other states is a plus

• Close complex commercial real estate transactions independently

Sternshein Legal Group, LLP is a respected 42-year-old boutique law firm located in Orange County, CA, that focuses on healthcare transactions.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney who will report to a Partner who specializes in representing closely-held businesses and providing transactional, finance, real estate, and regulatory advice.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Commercial Real-estate and HUD transactions.
• Stock and Asset transactions including term and accounts receivable financing
• Close complex commercial real estate transactions independently
• Work well in a team environment, communicate clearly, and prioritize practical issues for clients
• Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
• Ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues
• Multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of various finance documents and security instruments, corporate filings, consents, and resolutions

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. and an active California Bar license
• 3-5 years experience as a licensed California attorney
• Commercial real estate and transactions experience are a plus
• Bar admission in CO, AZ, NM, OR, WA, ID, or other states a plus
