Job summary

TENICA and Associates LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Ground Engineering Requirements Engineer to establish and maintain the requirements repository and support the system design process.

You will collaborate with customers, engineers, and software developers to elicit and document system requirements, identify components, and ensure traceability and conformance to standards throughout the life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business field.
• Junior to Senior level positions available.
• Must have TS/SCI with CI poly.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling the project requirements management process.
• Collaborating with customers, engineers, and software developers to elicit and document appropriate system requirements for the design solutions and distributed system architecture.
• Identifying systems data, hardware, and software components required to meet user needs.
• Establishing functional or systems standards to ensure operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints are addressed.
• Generating the required artifacts to capture, categorize, disposition, verify/validate, and provide traceability of the system requirements.
• Capture requirements changes and providing requirements-related progress updates/reports.
