Job summary

JBS Foods seeks a Manifestor for the Ground Beef department on the 2nd shift. You will ensure all product leaving the ground beef area is accurately documented, labeled, and verified to meet customer and company requirements.

The role supports production by completing paperwork, confirming specifications, and assisting with packaging equipment setup and minor troubleshooting. This position emphasizes product traceability, workflow efficiency, and clear communication with operations and quality

Responsibilities

• Complete manifesting paperwork accurately for product changes, box information, film verification, and date coding.
• Verify product against customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Assist with setup and teardown of packaging equipment as needed.
• Support operators by helping set up additional equipment for production runs.
• Identify and resolve minor machine or labeling issues to maintain workflow.
• Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to ensure correct product flow.
