Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Manifestor for the Ground Beef department to ensure all product leaving the line is accurately documented, labeled, and verified. You will complete correct paperwork, confirm product specifications, and assist with packaging equipment setup and minor troubleshooting.

This role supports production by maintaining traceability and workflow efficiency, collaborating with quality and production teams, and growing with the company in a fast-paced meat processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete manifesting paperwork accurately for product changes, box information, film verification, and date coding.
• Verify product meets customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Assist with setup and teardown of packaging equipment as needed.
• Support operators by helping set up additional equipment for production runs.
• Identify and resolve minor machine or labeling issues to maintain workflow.
• Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to ensure correct product flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental needs.
