Job summary

Stellar Solutions is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer / Ground Architecture SEIT to support the AFCGI program, developing and deploying ground architectures for advanced missile tracking capabilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, define system functionality, and manage requirements and interfaces across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in systems engineering for space/ground or defense, experience with ICDs and RVTMs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience supporting space, ground, or defense systems.
• Experience with system architecture, requirements development, interface management, and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting space/ground systems through design, integration, testing, verification, and operations transition.
• Familiarity with ICDs, RVTMs, and SE best practices.
• Experience with technical reviews, risk management, and requirements verification.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and evolution of the overall ground system architecture and associated subsystem designs
• Develop, manage, and maintain system requirements, interface definitions, technical budgets, and RVTMs
• Support technical baseline development, ICDs, and major lifecycle reviews
• Collaborate with customers, users, and engineering teams to define system functionality, operational concepts, and technical solutions
• Distill complex technical information into clear engineering recommendations and presentations for customers and program leadership
• Support system integration, verification, anomaly resolution, and technical risk management throughout the systems engineering lifecycle
• Develop architecture products, engineering analyses, technical documentation, and presentation materials supporting program execution
• Work within an agile development environment to rapidly deliver capabilities while maintaining sound systems engineering practices
