Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering is seeking a Ground Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and test ground-based mission software for DoD programs. The role centers on C++ with work in C#, Python, and scripting for tools and automation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform unit and integration testing, use GitLab and Jira, and help improve performance, reliability, and security of mission-critical ground applications in a secure facility or approved remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–8+ years of software engineering experience; entry-level to mid-career.
• Experience with integration and test is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test ground software applications and services primarily in C++, with some C# and Python scripting.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver robust, secure ground applications for DoD programs.
• Write clean, well-documented code following standards and peer reviews.
