Job summary

Virtuance is seeking independent contractor photographers to partner with our nationwide real estate photography team. You’ll manage your own schedule, handle shoots for residential and commercial properties, and partner with our editors and QA team to deliver top-quality media.

As a Virtuance Photography Partner (1099 contractor), you’ll handle marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, and client communication while earning a per-job compensation of $40–$250+ depending on product mix and scope.

Qualifications

• Hold a Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command license.
• Provide proof of Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1M.
• Have a current driver’s license and reliable vehicle for shoots.
• Must have a reliable Internet connection.
• Available to shoot on at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Capture residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Collaborate with Virtuance team to meet project standards and deadlines.
• Manage scheduling, client communication, and product delivery as an independent contractor.

Requirements

You need the following to be successful:

• Meet ALL equipment requirements (below)
• Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License
• Must provide proof of Limited Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1m of liability coverage
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Available 2 days a week (Monday – Friday)
• Reliable Internet connection
• Own a current and legal driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots

Equipment Requirements

• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
• Mavic models, DJI Phantom 3, 4, Inspire 1, S900 or better, must be able to bracket 5 images (No GoPro).
• Sturdy Tripod
• Ball Head
• Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit or Mac OS X
• Theta Z1 camera
• Smart phone - iPhone 13 (Pro/Pro Max models) or newer or Android

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation for the projects completed and pay a percentage of the total price of the package ordered. We do divide it out by ground and aerial products. This can be anywhere from $40-$250+ depending on products purchased on a per job basis. More details to follow.

Certification Requirements

This business opportunity comes with free online educational tools to learn more about photography and real estate and access to groundbreaking technology. You will need to demonstrate real estate photography competency by completing a remote certification course and test photoshoot.
