Virtuance is seeking independent contractor photography partners to join its nationwide Real Estate Photography Team. As a Virtuance Photography Partner (1099 contractor), you control your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with a talented team of real estate professionals.

Requirements include Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command, proof of liability insurance, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

As a Virtuance Photography Partner (a 1099 contractor role), we take care of the marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, client communication, and all other business aspects so you can do more of what you love.

You need the following to be successful:

• Meet ALL equipment requirements (below)
• Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License
• Must provide proof of Limited Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1m of liability coverage
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Available 2 days a week (Monday – Friday)
• Reliable Internet connection
• Own a current and legal driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots

Equipment Requirements

• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
• Mavic models, DJI Phantom 3, 4, Inspire 1, S900 or better, must be able to bracket 5 images (No GoPro).
• Sturdy Tripod
• Ball Head
• Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit or Mac OS X
• Theta Z1 camera
• Smart phone - iPhone 13 or newer or Android

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation for the projects completed and pay a percentage of the total price of the package ordered. We do divide it out by ground and aerial products. This can be anywhere from $40-$250+ depending on products purchased on a per job basis. More details to follow.

Certification Requirements

This business opportunity comes with free online educational tools to learn more about photography and real estate and access to groundbreaking technology. You will need to demonstrate real estate photography competency by completing a remote certification course and test photoshoot.
