Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior finance leader to own gross margin analytics for the ENT Organization Unit in Colorado. You will drive performance insights, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence pricing, cost and lifecycle decisions to meet AOP targets.

You will oversee IBP processes, prepare executive narratives for reviews, and deliver scenario analyses across regions and product lines, shaping long-term profitability and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of finance or accounting experience (or advanced degree with 8+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA, M.S.) or professional certification (CPA, CFA)
• Experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or strategic planning
• Deep understanding of IBP processes, financial modeling, and scenario planning
• Proficiency in Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Power BI, and Excel-based analytics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in medical device or healthcare industry
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Lead gross margin analytics for the ENT OU, including performance tracking and reporting.
• Evaluate margin drivers such as product and regional mix, pricing, and costs to spot risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, R&D, and Strategy to drive margin initiatives.
• Connect portfolio, lifecycle, launch, and margins into financial insights for decision making.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses for monthly reviews and IBP/MBR updates.
• Lead deep-dive analyses by product and region to improve profitability.
• Own ENT OU IBP finance processes including FPR ownership and forecast governance.
• Translate product launches into financial insights for cross-functional decisions.
• Deliver revenue reporting and scenario analyses across product families and regions.
• Validate forecast data across planning tools for consistency and accuracy.
