Petbarn Underwood is seeking an experienced Pet Stylist looking to become Grooming Salon Manager. The role requires clipping and scissoring across breeds and training a passionate team to deliver top grooming standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional grooming experience

• Capable of completing 6–8 grooming services per day

As a Salon Manager you must be able to clip and scissor across all breeds and train and develop a passionate team.

What do we need?

• 3 years of professional grooming experience
• The ability to complete all grooming services without supervision
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques equipment and breed/coat types
• The ability to provide consultation quoting, bookings, invoicing ordering and operational tasks
• Be able to complete all aspects of operations management and team management
• Complete at least 6-8 grooming services per day
• The successful candidates will have a strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

As part of this process, you will be asked to complete a two-hour grooming trial.
