Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional grooming experience or completion of a technical grooming program.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with pet parents and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations, optimize workflows and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Create efficient grooming schedules to maximize productivity and cover peak hours.
