Petco is hiring a Grooming Salon Leader to oversee day-to-day salon operations and lead a team of groomers. You will deliver expert grooming, ensure safety and a positive customer experience, and drive salon performance with coaching and development opportunities.

You will manage schedules, coach staff, and stay current with grooming trends while maintaining Petco's standards and policies across all grooming services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a professional groomer or completion of a technical grooming program.
• Strong leadership skills with desire to lead, train and develop people.
• Excellent communication with pet parents and grooming team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and staffing.
• Recruit, train, supervise and coach grooming staff from trainees to senior groomers.
• Create efficient grooming schedules to optimize capacity and patient care.
• Monitor salon performance metrics and drive revenue, customer satisfaction and productivity.
