Pet Supplies Plus is seeking an Experienced Groomer in Short Hills, New Jersey to provide grooming services, styling, and pet care with a customer‑driven approach. You will interact with neighbors and their pets, ensure safety, and support store growth through friendly service.

The role offers a sign-on bonus for qualified hires and a commission-based pay structure with a guaranteed minimum, plus training and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year grooming experience with formal training or under certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Delight neighbors and pets with grooming services (brushing, bathing, conditioning).
• Groom and style pets per owner instruction and breed standards.
• Ensure wellness and safety of furry patrons.
• Develop relationships with pet parents and suggest products/services.
• Engage in community outreach to attract new neighbors.
• Complete Safety Training certification.
• Maintain clean grooming environment.
• Assist store team during downtime.
• Continue developing grooming skills and techniques.
