Overview

Does your dog have a closet full of clothes? Is your cat so cool he needs to wear shades? We call that “petcentricity”! If you enjoy making pets look adorable and smell irresistible, we are looking for experienced Groomers to join our pack!

• $1,500 sign-on bonus for new groomer hires with 1+ years of experience!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Provide grooming services such as brushing, bathing, and styling pets according to breed standards or owner instructions.
• Ensure the safety and wellness of pets during grooming.
• Develop relationships with pet owners, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services.
• Participate in community outreach to attract new customers.
• Complete safety training certification.
• Maintain a clean and inviting grooming environment.
• Assist team members during grooming downtime.
• Continue developing grooming skills and techniques.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of grooming experience with formal training or under a certified groomer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Own grooming equipment (clippers, scissors, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass drug screening (if applicable) and be 18 or older.
