Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Bather/Student Groomer (Groom Tech) at our San Antonio store. You’ll learn grooming basics, bathe dogs, and help deliver friendly, neighborly service while building pet-care skills through our Paragon School of Pet Grooming.

As a Groom Tech, you’ll gain hands-on training, work with grooming tools, and support the team in a fun, pet-loving environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with pets preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn grooming and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Delight neighbors and pets with grooming services, such as brushing, bathing, and trimming nails.
• Learn and demonstrate all skills necessary to become a groomer through the online distance program.
• Ensure the wellness and safety of furry patrons.
• Develop long-term relationships with neighbors by understanding their needs and recommending products and services.
