Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Groom Tech (Bather/Student Groomer) to delight neighbors and their pets with grooming services and to learn through our online distance program. You will assist with bathing, brushing, and nail trimming while maintaining safety and a welcoming store environment.

As you progress, you’ll attend free Paragon School of Pet Grooming training, receive a free toolkit on enrollment, and grow within a neighborhood-focused team offering flexible schedules and employee

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or pet-related work is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass drug screening and age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Delight neighbors and pets with grooming services (brushing, bathing, nails).
• Learn and demonstrate skills to become a groomer through online distance program.
• Ensure wellness and safety of furry patrons at all times.
• Develop long-term relationships with neighbors by recommending products and services.
• Perform routine cleaning to keep grooming area inviting.
• Assist store team during grooming downtime.
