Job summary

You will manage schedules, train staff, and enforce safety policies on fast-paced days, including weekends. Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting counts, inspecting equipment, and safeguarding warehouse security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse and/or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand 8-12 hours.
• Willing to work day/night rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high performance team.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; monitor results.
• Schedule and assign employees; ensure work completion.
• Inspect equipment and issue repair work orders.
• Monitor inventory levels with physical counts.
• Ensure security procedures and protocols.
