Job summary

Buc-ee's Kentucky LLC is seeking a Grocery/Warehouse Team Lead to direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution services. You will lead a team, promote a clean, friendly, and in-stock environment, and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.

The role requires leadership capabilities, warehouse experience, and the ability to manage high-demand periods. This is an on-site, fast-paced position with potential weekends and holidays work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse and/or team lead experience preferred.
• Frequent bending, lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high performance team.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing programs and procedures.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; plan, monitor, and appraise results.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Maintain equipment and inspect for repairs; issue work orders as needed.
• Control inventory levels with physical counts.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures.
• Ability to work on the store’s busiest days and on a rotating day/night schedule.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance; work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
