Job summary

The role includes coaching staff, scheduling, conducting physical inventory, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining in‑stock conditions on weekends and holidays. This position requires opening/closing shifts and a strong focus on a safe, customer‑friendly operation.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high‑performance team.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Schedule staff and follow up on work results; supervise and discipline as needed.
• Conduct physical inventory counts to control inventory levels.
• Enforce safety procedures and security protocols within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, in‑stock work environment and provide excellent customer service.
