Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support the Grocery team by receiving and stocking products, maintaining displays, and assisting customers with friendly, efficient service. You will break down deliveries, stock shelves, and participate in sampling programs while upholding WFM standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities include keeping cases clean, facing products, managing back stock, and supporting inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide courteous service in a fast-paced grocery environment.
• Learn product basics and respond to customer questions with accuracy.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked displays and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, rotating, and stocking shelves.
• Stock grocery shelves, bulk bins, and dairy/frozen cases; monitor spoilage.
• Maintain back stock and assist with sampling programs; complete required worksheets.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with pricing accuracy.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures and report hazards.
