Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a capable Team Member to help stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist customers on the grocery floor. You will participate in receiving deliveries, facing products, and ensuring quality and freshness while following health and safety guidelines.

Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability are valued as you work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is not required, and training will be provided to support store standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Customer service mindset with teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and price signs.
• Good communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Keep displays fresh and fronts facing, rotate and stock shelves.
• Receive and stock deliveries; maintain back stock.
• Provide courteous, friendly service; assist customers.
• Assist with cleaning, price accuracy, and sanitation procedures.
• Support sampling, merchandising, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Follow procedures, safety rules, and health regulations.
• Work opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
