Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a team member to support grocery operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining displays while upholding WFM standards. You will ensure friendly service, assist with merchandising, and help with daily tasks on the floor and in back stock.

The role emphasizes freshness, product knowledge, and efficient work habits in a fast-paced environment. Must meet safety requirements and participate in store programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing display by front-facing, stocking and rotation.
• Stocks groceries, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases and keeps shelves clean.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to teams and shift supervisor.
• Makes sure back stock is organized and accessible.
• Assists with sampling programs and keeps areas tidy.
• Completes required worksheets and participates in inventories as needed.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready for shifts; attends trainings.
• Provides courteous customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation procedures and maintains clean work areas.
